We require up to 15 working days to produce a mask, depending on the time of year and availability of the mask ordered it may be ready sooner.

Where specified our masks are adjustable, otherwise they will fit up to a specified size. If you are unsure of your head size simply measure around your head just above your ears. This should give you the best indication of fit

• We ship worldwide. Shipping times do vary from country to country but as a rule of thumb once posted the mask should reach you in 3-8 business days.

Halloween is our busiest time of the year. To ensure that you receive your mask in time for the night please order as early as possible and preferably before the end of September.

Latex is a very safe product, however approximately 1/3000 people are allergic. You will probably already know if you are, but should this concern you we advise consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your mask you can request to return it within 7 days of delivery. The mask must be unwarm and in the same condition it was received, if the mask is damaged or shows signs of use you may not be eligible for a refund. The return address can be found on the box the mask arrived in.

With care your mask should last many years. Latex is susceptible to UV rays so display  your mask in a cool, dark place out of natural light. If not for display the mask can be padded and wrapped in paper to maintain its shape and protect it from moisture.

The masks are sculpted in clay and captured in plaster. The moulds are then filled with latex, which is left to cure to a certain thickness. Once an undercoat of paint is applied to the whole mask the details are painted by hand. We mix acrylic paints 50/50 with liquid latex to paint our masks. If you wish to customise we recommend Citadel paints (or similar) this can be found online or in hobby craft shops.
